FAQ
Is Mokwheel a good brand?
Mokwheel is an electric bike brand based in Huntington Beach, California. The best way to judge any e-bike brand is by what they build, who reviews them, and how they handle problems after the sale.
Our Basalt and Obsidian models have been reviewed by Electric Bike Report, Electrek, and Electric Bike Review. Every new bike is backed by a 2-year warranty and supported by our U.S.-based team in California — not by an overseas call center. We focus on fat-tire and all-terrain bikes for practical, dependable riding, not the latest spec race.
Does Mokwheel have a return policy?
Yes. Every Mokwheel e-bike comes with a 15-day return policy. Ride it at home for two weeks — if it's not the right fit for any reason, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.
The bike must be returned in original condition with all included accessories. Read the full return terms on our Return & Refund page, or contact support@mokwheel.com with questions before ordering.
Does Mokwheel offer a warranty?
Yes. Every new Mokwheel e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, controller, display, and wiring. We also offer an optional Extended Warranty for major components beyond the original 2-year period.
Wear items — tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, chains, grips, and spokes — are excluded as standard industry practice. Read the full warranty terms on our Warranty page. For claims, email support@mokwheel.com or call +1 833-RIDEMOK (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm PST).
How does Mokwheel handle customer service?
Every Mokwheel customer is supported by our U.S.-based team in Huntington Beach, California — not by an overseas call center.
How to reach us:
- Phone: +1 833-RIDEMOK (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm PST)
- Email: support@mokwheel.com
Our team handles warranty claims, technical troubleshooting, parts orders, and general questions. For complex technical issues, we can walk you through diagnostics by video call or guide you to an authorized dealer for in-person service.
How do I get my Mokwheel serviced or repaired?
At an authorized Mokwheel dealer. Our dealer network across the United States offers in-person service, tune-ups, and repairs. Find your nearest dealer at mokwheel.com/pages/our-dealers.
At your local bike shop. Mokwheel e-bikes use standard industry-grade components for the drivetrain, brakes, and other mechanical parts. Most independent bike shops can service these without specialized training.
At home with our remote support. For electrical or technical issues, our U.S.-based tech team walks you through troubleshooting by phone or email. If a part needs replacement, we ship it from our California warehouse directly to you.
Can I test ride a Mokwheel before buying?
Yes — two ways.
At home. Our 15-day return policy lets you ride your Mokwheel for two weeks. If it's not the right fit, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
In person. We have authorized dealers across the United States. Find your nearest dealer at mokwheel.com/pages/our-dealers to schedule a test ride.
