When buying a complete bike, check its system certification instead of relying only on a certification claim about the battery or its cells.
Match the model, standard, and certification number to the issuing organization's records. For certification issued by UL Solutions, use UL Product iQ. If another laboratory issued it, use that laboratory's directory. Ask for documentation linking the bike's retail name to the certified model when the names differ.
Use the original charger or a replacement approved by Mokwheel for your model. Unapproved third-party chargers may pose safety risks and are not automatically covered by the bike's certification.
