Shipping Information
Shipping fees are covered by Mokwheel (Orders with a total amount less than $75 will be subject to an additional $10 shipping fee.) and will be completed by FedEx throughout the United States. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take 2-7 business days to deliver.
We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States,(excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) .
Our bikes are carefully packaged and protected for easy transport. When purchasing bicycles and other items simultaneously, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to send multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive the products at the same time.
*Special circumstances such as large orders, new product launches or days of restocking may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we will note the estimated shipping dates on the product page.
Shipping Policy
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when products are shipped. It is your responsibility to be up to date and contact the shipping carrier for any delivery date changes. Mokwheel will not be responsible for any unable to be delivered packages.
Please note that once the products are delivered, Mokwheel will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Please note that Mokwheel will not be responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged as a result of the actions or omissions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
Shipping Changes & Cancellations
Before shipment (Same Day):
You can cancel your order by contacting support@mokwheel.com during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ) on the same day you place the order. Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation email from our customer support team. A 5% processing fee will be deducted (this fee is not collected by us).
Change of address: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ).
Change of model: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ).
Please Note***: Shipments are scheduled to process and ship the next working day after your purchase, it cannot be altered then.
After shipment (Next Day):
Order Cancellation: For any order that has been shipped (you have received a tracking number) to be cancelled. There is a 5% processing fee and a $150 initial shipping fee as well as a $150 recall shipping fee.
Change of address: $150 rerouting fee and it must have an ETA greater than 2 days.
Change of model: Will require a $150 initial shipping fee as well as a $150 recall shipping fee.
Rejected shipment:
If an order shipment is rejected and sent back to us via the third party shipping service, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of $150 per e-bike for re-shipment. If you do not wish for it to be re-shipped, we will treat this as a refund request and will require you to pay a $150 shipping fee and a $150 recall shipping fee as well as the 5% processing fee.
