3. Cash Out
As long as the people who purchased through your link do not return the product, we will transfer your commission to you via PayPal. Please note that we will hold the payment for 15 days in case of refunds.

1. Who qualifies for your program?

Anyone who are interested in our program are welcomed to join our referral program. However, acts such as issuing a chargeback, being disrespectful, or any other behavior that would go against our Terms of Purchase will disqualify you.

2. Is self-referral order allowed?

No, if an advocate buys through their referral link/coupon, they will not be given commission for that sale.

3. How soon can I get my award?

Commissions are held for 15 days after you've earned them in case of refunds or disputes.

4. Do you have minimum payout limit?

Our minimum payout is $1099.99, referrers must earn $1099.99 before payouts will be made

5. Can I use the same account to join the Test Ride Program and the Referral Reward Program?

No, it’s not possible to participate in both programs with the same account. If you’d like to join both, you’ll need to register with two different accounts. This helps us avoid commission calculation errors and ensures each program runs smoothly.

Advocate: someone who shares a referral link encouraging people to purchase online at www.mokwheel.com.

Friend: an individual who receives a referral link from an Advocate.

For an Advocate to qualify, they must:
  • Create an account
  • Be in good standing with Mokwheel. This means that acts such as issuing a chargeback, being disrespectful, or any other behavior that would go against our Terms of Purchase will disqualify you.
  • Advocates will receive one referral reward per qualifying order. Referral rewards are not awarded based on the total number of electric bikes in a single order. (Ex. if a Friend places one order containing two electric bikes, the Advocate will receive one referral reward).

Friend

For a Friend to qualify for a referral discount on their order, they must:
  • Purchase online at www.mokwheel.com using the Advocate's referral link or coupon code.
  • Preferably not use any other active promotion, coupon code, or discount. Orders with combined discount applied may be rejected to referral commission.
  • Mokwheel encourages all of our ebike owners to share their experience with their friends, but in order to promote a healthy and positive community experience for all of our customers, we reserve the right to revoke the ability to participate in our Referral Program at any time. Abuse, misuse, or any other negative behavior we see will result in disqualification.
