Package arrived quickly. Assembly was easy rode a few times was a fun bike then, it broke less than 50 miles on it....customer service is not responding I've called 3 times was hung up on after ab 20 mins holding twice 3rd time left a message, no call back...I've sent an email so waiting to see if I get anywhere there...very disappointed as of now if they reach out and make it right I may change the review depending on if and how it's handled..

Everything has just worked out so well for me and this bike, it was shipped quickly, assembly was a breeze and riding it is so much fun. I love this bike! I'm 5' 7" and 120 lbs. I bought the S/M step-through in white. I have tried heavier e-bikes and just felt too "heavy". This bike feels just right to me. This is the first time in years I can ride a bike without pain!
