Thank you for your support of Mokwheel. We are reaching out regarding a battery labeling discrepancy affecting certain Scoria and Basalt-ST models sold within specific time frames.
Affected Models & Sales Period
- Scoria models purchased in April 2024
o Battery Serial Numbers: YXA1B0590A010150200 to YXA1B0590A010150399
o Corresponding Vehicle Serial Numbers: BBWS4B0401 to BBWS4B0600
- Basalt-ST models purchased in May 2024
o Battery Batch Number: SCA1B01010152N******
o Corresponding Vehicle Serial Numbers: BBWL3H0001 to BBWL3H0150
What Happened?
The affected batteries were produced prior to UL certification. As a result the products are not considered authorized by UL Solutions. To ensure full compliance, we are offering a free battery replacement.
How to Check if Your Battery is Affected
If you own a Scoria or Basalt-ST model sold within these time frames, please check your battery serial number. If your battery falls within the listed range, it qualifies for a free replacement.
