Purchased 2 Basalt ST's; looked at many YouTube vids and many in store electric bikes in my area. I found a local bike shop that was a dealer for Mokwheel (had only seen it on YouTube). Never looked back! Love these bikes, the power, the color, the ride, all for the money spent! I paid an extra $200 for the bike shop to assemble. Worth it because they have been putting them together, quality work on a quality ride. I will not recommend anything else. The accessories are great as well, not all of them but most. The paint was starting to chip where the chain hits the frame (buy a chain guard, till Mokwheel adds one) emailed customer service, BOOM! They sent me touch up paint for free, received it within 2 weeks even. My best friend loved mine so much she went and purchased her own but the Asphalt. I wish I was young enough to take the bike in the mountains and use it for what I know it can do. Jealous I did not wait for the Obsidian. That is just a beast, especially in person. Get yours, get a bike shop to assemble it, preferably one with experience (will keep the people who self-build from leaving nasty comments on facebook). Even after my purchase my OCD left me shopping around, and I still could not find a powerful, well made, comfortable, e-bike for this price! I hope Mokwheel stays reasonable and true to the customer regarding pricing as that is what drew me the most to the Mokwheel. Other brands are a little more in price maybe close in quality but no accessories. So hands down, Mokwheel, again, the way to go! Thanks for making my life more enjoyable.

Was skeptical at first…but I made the choice to look into E-bikes…took a week looked at a bunch Facebook/YouTube. This was by far the best purchase I have ever done…bought 2 Balsat ST. This bike is a beast…let’s me get in a workout without putting allot of stress on my body, fast/fun/smooth. Big grin and pride riding this bike. Accessories was a plus.
