I own a big ebike with 1500 watts , but I’m in process of moving out of state , so my bike is in a moving van . While waiting to move , I needed to get my fix to ride and found a dealer in Huntington Beach ca. I was given the Bassat ST and I had a blast riding for 4 hours .I would recommend this bike to anyone looking .nice frame , nice colors to choose from . Ebike road smoothly , quiet and I would say , go get one . Thought the price was good for what u get .

Hubby and I each got a Basalt ST and we couldn't be happier, the quality is good, a couple little hiccups that customer service addressed and helped with quickly. For not being able to see the bikes in person we are very happy with our decision to order them. The accessories, basket, bike bag and lock are very well made and the extra seat is very comfy. We definitely have referred our friends and family to this brand. We already have 80 miles on them and we're just getting started..

Got my Basalt ST 4/2/2024. Ridden 100 miles on to date 4/7/2024. Love it so far. The PAS 5 seems to tap out for me in 7th gear when riding on a slight decline, but other than that and getting use to the PAS settings, it rides really smooth. Had my wife take it for a spin today, a short 10 mile ride,she loved it too. She liked using the throttle to get her started from a dead stop at intersections. All in all this bike handles well on gravel, in dirt and on the paved roads. I did a small incline grade with throttle only, about 2-3% and it did well doing about 13-15 mph with level 5 PAS with settings maxed out. I weigh 230 lbs. All in all, this is a great bike for all around usage, and I got the large version, I am 5' 10". My wife of 5' 4" would definitely need the normal size. I did think she would like a small tire bike vs fast tire, but she loved the stability. We've had a couple mountain bikes and ride beach cruises when vacationing there, she loved better than either of those types

I have only had my bike for about two weeks and they’ve only got the chance to ride it one time so far, but I definitely love it. I paid extra and got the accessory kit with the better bike seat and the spring so your seat is easier to ride when you’re on it. I love it. It is the most comfortable bike to ride and it’s the easiest bike to ride. I had a blast! I look forward to more and longer rides on my bike
